Currently looking for experienced candidates to fill Accounting/General Office Clerk positions.
Shifts: M-F 7:xam to 3:30pm
Location: Honolulu
Responsibilities
Answering phone multi-phone lines
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Recap/Invoice sales
Order materials
Calculate commissions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2-3 years A/R & A/P experience
Experience in reconciliation of A/R & A/P
Social media savvy
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter
Organized, detailed individual
Professional appearance
Bilingual (Japanese/Korean/or Chinese) preferred but not required
Salary & Benefits: $15- $20/hr
