Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - We are Ideal Properties, Inc and we are seeking a Receptionist / Office Asst to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to help our clients and our staff to be are seeking a professional, hard-working and trustworthy person who is willing to work on our team.
Our office is a fast pace family operated/oriented real estate company. We desire a hard working, diligent, organized and caring team player. We will train and teach the right candidate from the day that you begin working with us.

This is a full-time position, however we will consider part-time too!
Our office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 and benefits: TBD / starting from $10/hr or salary / negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Diligent
Reliable
Trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledgeable in basic Accounting preferred but WILLING TO TRAIN
Knowledgeable in YARDI (real estate program) preferred but WILLING TO TRAIN
Able to make decisions
Experience in business admin preferred, but WILLING TO TRAIN
Types 35-50 WPM accurately
Able to do basic mathematical problems
