We are a leading developer of software for the Employer Outsourcing industry. We are seeking an experienced Web Software Support professional to join our team. This position works both independently and as part of a team. This position is responsible for supporting, training, troubleshooting, consulting, and assisting clients using our software.
Job Description:
This is a Web Software Support position. You will be working with the Application aspects of support including Payroll setup and processing, Benefits Management, Billing components setup, Accounting fundamentals, and Human Resource Management. Basic Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix data related issues, basic network and environment issues, as well as basic technical support. You will be responsible for working with our ASP environment clients running Citrix and our clients with their Microsoft SQL Server and product or data related issues.
Responsibilities:
You will be helping our clients with their daily usage of our software
You will provide end-user training (online) for our clients
You will be solving their problems and investigating the causes
You will assist in product quality assurance
You will assist other team members with resolution
Requirements:
Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into solutions
Previous support in a Web Software environment
Previous Payroll background is preferred
Minimum of 3+ years? experience preferred
