Our products are highly specialized and customized for manufacturers, specialty contractors, and municipal markets. We are currently seeking to hire an Information Systems Analyst to join our team!
Summary
The Information Systems Analyst will focus on assisting in the development and support/management of the ERP system, as well as related systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer ERP system, Global Shop Solutions.
Plan and deploy application hotfixes, Windows Server patches
Evaluate and resolve system performance issues
Develop custom reports using SAP Crystal Reports
Develop custom programming and interfaces using Global Shop?s built-in programming language
Investigate Global Shop data and usage issues; determine cause and resolve
Understand data flow through system; serve as the onsite expert pertaining to ERP
Other IT and desktop support tasks, as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Information Technology or related field
Experience writing various SQL queries
Microsoft Office experience
Development background a plus
