Position Summary:
The Sales Data Analyst is a new position to Digital Trends, and has been created to support the incredible growth of the company. The SDA will act to support the Sales team, by developing dashboards and reporting systems which utilize data for suggestions on organizational change.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Partners across company departments to understand requirements and develop, design process flows and solutions
Develop interactive dashboards, ad-hoc, and scheduled reporting for the sales team
Identify KPIs in conjunction with sales team and facilitate tracking of said KPIs
Work with sales team to identify areas of improvement and implement new designs, processes, and workflows
Facilitates small to medium size group meetings for systems design, problem solving and task implementation
Prepares and delivers presentations to sales team
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and automate ongoing reports to sales team
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Develop and implement data collection processes and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in data and share recommendations to management team
:
Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau or other BI Platform
Familiarity with relational databases, basic statistics and algebra
Bachelor?s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a closely ? related field
Knowledge of digital media and digital advertising
1 years related experience including data analysis, systems development is a plus (A combination of related education and experience may be considered.)
Ability to work in an office environment.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate and provide feedback effectively to others.
Work Environment:
This job operates in an office environment. This role primarily uses a computer for the completion of work.
Hours / Compensation:
This is a full-time, salaried-exempt, position

Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role. The employee is frequently required to use a keyboard and to sit for long periods of time.
