As Project Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the project engagement team through successful management of clients' federal grants (CDBG, OMB, FEMA, etc.). This position is open for both full and part time applicants. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project staff support
Federal grant related research
Document preparation
Budget monitoring
Compliance monitoring
Meeting attendance
Gap analyses
Required Qualifications:
Must be a current student or recent graduate
Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (other majors will be considered pending resume and interview)
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Availability 20-40 hrs/week during regular business hours
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively, both independently and with a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with federal grants
Experience with capital projects
