An Accounting Clerk provides clerical and administrative assistance as required to give the department efficient and reliable support. We?re looking for someone who can maintain a high degree of situational awareness to meet continually changing system conditions with a fresh and adaptable approach. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECC and our mission forward.
Responsibilities
· Assists in maintaining an efficient filing system; prepares and scans documents into an electronic content management system.
· Provides general assistance to department personnel as needed.
· Performs general clerical duties including copying, fax and mailings.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED, plus at least one year of clerical experience.
