Medical Customer Service Job Opening in Princeton, New jersey - We are a Healthcare facility providing first response medical assistant via phone for emergency situations. (3) Rotating 12.5 Hour Shifts Per Week: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm, 6:45 pm - 7:15 am, and10:00 am - 10:30 pm.
Responsibilities
Ensures timely, accurate, and quality case management, adhering to department and company practices and policies. May include service requests related but not limited to: benefit inquiries, lost luggage, lost documents, remain repatriation, assistance with Claim Assist, etc.
Collaborates effectively with other department team members as well as AAI and international employees to ensure a seamless experience for our customers
Actively participates in department and interdepartment meetings as well as special projects, sharing experiences and knowledge for the betterment of the department and organization
Researches information within in-house database of providers and other useful information to aid both clients and staff
Participates in continuing education classes, seminars, and meetings as requested
Coordinates with SecurAssist for security case management
Creates a team environment by assisting co-workers as needed and participating in various assignments or events geared towards inter and intra department causes
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literate.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Speak and write English clearly and effectively.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Problem solving skills.
Accept change.
Comfortable interaction with technical staff and other departments.
Able to operate basic office equipment.
Team player.
Embrace and utilize the Customer Service Excellence tools and techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour
