What you will be doing:
Greet our customers and have a meaningful conversation about their wants and needs
Tell them about our product selection; how it works, the care, and warranty
Make recommendations based on their wants and needs for their home
Answer any questions about our financing and payment plans
Develop a working relationship with the customer so they become our clients
Invite the customer to come back to our store and give them your contact information
At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process
Qualifications:
Previous successful experience in sales and customer service
Ability and willingness to approach customers and have a meaningful conversation
Ability to work retail hours which includes; some evenings, weekends, and holidays
High level of integrity and honesty
Great verbal communication skills
High school diploma or GED
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
