Home Health & Hospice Marketing Consultant Job Opening in Noble, Oklahoma - Home Health and Hospice Marketing Representative for Central Oklahoma counties. Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and Home Health/Hospice marketing experience. Position will create and promote all services provided to include home health, hospice and private duty services to referral sources that include physician offices and clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, civic groups and other community resources available to the general public. Create new and maintain current accounts that have been established as referral sources. Promote company in defined communities in a positive manner, i.e., trade shows, charitable events, nursing homes and facilities. Distribute marketing logo items to physicians offices and clinics, etc. to promote awareness of services company has to offer. Meeting with patients or family members within care facilities. Maintaining a high account call average per week, scheduling set appointments and employing strong follow-up skills.
Applicant should have good working knowledge of overall computer skills to include Microsoft, spreadsheet and internet programs. Knowledge of proven account management and sales call techniques preferred. Healthcare background (Pharmaceutical Sales, Hospice, Home Health, etc.) preferred. Applicant must have ability to effectively present information and respond to questions regarding company from individuals or groups of managers, clients, customers, physicians and general public. Must be able to call on physicians and healthcare professionals, understand their areas of practice and relevant benefits that our services will provide to them and their patients. Must possess strong customer service skills.
