Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
We have an opening for a Part-time 24 hour LPN on the Children's Residential Unit, Saturday and Sunday, the long Day Shift (7 am to 7 pm).
The Psychiatric LPN provides nursing care through physical and mental assessments, treatment plans and therapeutic treatments.
Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral.
Performs crisis intervention and works collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other Nurses.
Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Psychiatric Nurse Qualifications:
