Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
We are expanding our nursing coverage on our acute psychiatric care units, adding an additional RN to float between the Adolescent Acute Unit and the Adult Acute Unit on the Day Shift, 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Psychiatric RN provides nursing care through physical and mental assessments, treatment plans and therapeutic treatments.
Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral.
Performs crisis intervention and works collaboratively with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other Nurses.
Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
Registered Nurse (RN), Psychiatric Nurse Qualifications:
Oklahoma RN. New Graduates welcome!
