Bookkeeper Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - Fox Peterson is a local Tax and Accounting firm located in Mesa, AZ. We are looking to hire a Bookkeeper at our firm with the skills and abilities listed below. This would be Full Time Position that completes Data Entry and Review in QuickBooks for our accounting clients as well as assist with Administrative Duties as needed.
Highly self-motivated to manage their own clients and provide excellent service to them.
Has at least 2 years experience in bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements in QuickBooks.
Strong ability in typing, responding to client inquiries, and problem solving.
Strives to provide a high quality and timely service to clients
Ideally will have a working knowledge of payroll and sales tax.
