Part Time - Order Entry Accounting Position Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Duties and Responsibilities include:
Primarily responsible to create customer sales orders
Phone/email communication with customers
Create and prepare customer invoices, statements and mail
Create, calculate and maintain commission schedule for independent sales reps
Assist in preparing weekly reports
Minor office duties including filing
Other:
Needs to be well organized, a self-starter who can work with little supervision
Accounting associate degree preferred but not required
Prefer to have someone who has worked in a small business environment
Use of Net Suite software would be helpful
Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Work and Outlook)
2-3 years prior experience in professional work environment preferred
Schedule:
Flexible on schedule and starting time each day
Rate $16.50 per hour
Approximately 20-25 hrs per week, 4-5 hours per day
Could lead to full time position in 6-8 months with expanded duties and responsibilities
