HomeSmart International is looking for an accounting admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize and work independently, provide excellent internal and external customer service, and be able to blend in well with the existing accounting team and company culture.
Responsibilities:
Complete accounts payable and accounts receivable process as required within company guidelines.
Work with agents, vendors and business partners to complete and resolve billing disputes as they arise.
Making Deposits.
Annual 1099 Reporting.
Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, updating and purging.
Processing and ordering based upon approved purchase schedule.
Updating agent database with changes in information.
Contacting agents to update payment information.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
1-2 Years Accounting or office experience a plus.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with accounting software preferred ? QuickBooks a plus.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Analytical and problem solving skills
Quality decision making skills
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
