We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service / Sales Assistant position in a fast paced environment. Do you have a persuasive and outgoing personality? Candidate should have strong organization skills, superior communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated work ethic.
In this role, you will make outbound inquiries to customers and potential customers about the services provided. Greet visitors to the facility, answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in visitors. Assist with administrative projects such as document creation, copying, faxing, preparing mail, invoicing and other duties as required. Ordering office supplies and running errands as needed.
Requirements;
Superior communication skills
Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
Adaptable to change, thrive in a fast paced work environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; with ability to learn new programs quickly
Must have a valid NM Drivers License, Insurance, and reliable transportation
