Senior Staff Accountant Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - We are a multi brand restaurant operator. We operate a Burger King franchise in North and South Carolina along with Flying biscuit, Pizza Peel and Improper Pig Restaurants in the Charlotte area. This position requires experience with Micro soft suite software with an emphasis on excel and various accounting programs such as Great Plains Dynamics. Duties include:
Invoice Proofing and Coding
Invoice Input and Batching
Invoice Data Management (scanning and filing)
Bank reconciliation balancing
Check Processing
1099 Processing and Compliance
Respond to AP related requests from vendors and Restaurant Operators
Assist with property Billings for Reimbursed Expenses
Assist with other administrative functions as needed
Skills needed include:
Great Plains Software
Ability to organize and prioritize Invoices and supporting backup
Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a plus
Strong team attitude to be able to assist in other departmental functions during high volume times
