Regional Business Development Director Job Opening in Alexandria, Virginia - The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for community outreach and education efforts that promote, enhance and protect Pasadena Villa?s brand. This position will be based in the Mid-Atlantic region and leverages frequent touch points with organizations and service providers in a shared service space to cultivate meaningful partnerships, driving awareness and visibility of Pasadena Villa?s programs and services. The Regional Director of Business Development works closely with the National Director of Business Development to carry out tactical implementation of established marketing plans. Collaborates with the business development team to start and coordinate projects that identify and build potential partnership opportunities within the community. The Regional Director of Business Development will represent the organization in the community, builds relationships with interested persons and potential referral sources within the identified market service area.
A Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Healthcare or a related field is required along with 3+ years of direct experience in marketing, public relations, or communications in healthcare setting, experience in behavioral health care is preferred. 75 percent travel is required for this position and the candidate must live within the Mid-Atlantic region to be considered for the position.
