La Gemmas is looking for a dedicated, hard working, talented and passionate pastry cook to add to our award winning team. This is not an entry level position and were looking for someone to start training the end of May and you must have the following skills; bread production, time management, piping, cake building and decorating, reading and following recipes, wedding cakes, inventory, etc. Shifts start anywhere between 4 am and 6 am depending on the season, MUST be a morning person.
