Operating since 2010, Ecoservice Group is the leader in eco-friendly Mobility Management solutions in North America. Our operations team clean, shuttle, refuel and maintain thousands of fleet and end-user vehicles every month. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, our operations have expanded to Seattle as well, where we are responsible for maintaining the fleet of our client?s car-share business.
We are looking to hire a Recruiter for our team at our Seattle USA Headquarters office! If you are eager to work in a rapidly expanding, and very fast-paced environment with career development opportunities we would love to learn more about you!
What you will do as a Recruiter:
Recruitment Effort: Sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, booking conference rooms and building up technician and driver candidates pipeline. Effectively communicating company background and job descriptions to candidates
Employee Relations : Answering employee and candidate questions and following up with HR Generalist and HR Manager. Work collaboratively with dispatching teams.
Project Coordination: Updating candidate accounts in our candidate information/data tracking system. Completing assigned projects by utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Scheduling system and other communication channels.
Office Administration: Taking care of incoming mails, manage personnel folders, forwarding and scanning HR/accounting related invoices, receipts, and letters.
What we are looking for:
High school or Associate Degree
1-2 year of experience in relevant role
Recruitment experience is a plus
Scheduling experience
Someone who has desires to be a recruiter
Ability to recruit and source new candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to go the extra mile for the team
Ability to utilize ATS software and identify new recruitment channels
Bonus points:
Previous HR recruitment experience
Willingness to take on challenging new projects
