· Answer phones
· Greet clients
· Type letters
· Scan documents
· Manage paperless document systems
· Present paperwork to clients
· Answer questions or direct to appropriate person
· Compile paperwork or final projects
· Accounting skills a plus
· Assist with marketing campaigns
· Assist staff with projects when needed
