Office Manager Job Opening in Bellingham, Washington - Responsibilities:
Answer phones and emails
Manage orders, auctions and registrations
Create marketing materials including: email campaigns and newsletters
Photo editing
Update website content
Qualifications:
Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
2 years of experience in an office setting
2 years of experience in customer service
Proficient in Office and Accounting applications including: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and QuickBooks
Experienced in graphic design and photo editing software including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Prior experience in web design and html is a plus
30-plus hours per week
