Exterior Custom Solutions is seeking a highly qualified outside (in-home) sales representative to fuel our continued growth.

Qualifications:
2+ years successful sales or management experience.
Proven track record of closing sales.
Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Availability to run day, evening and Saturday appointments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated intelligence and problem solving ability.
Self motivated and results oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Maximize the conversion of leads to sales.
Utilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve customers.
Ensure an exceptional and delightful experience for all customers.
Making professional consultative sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
Negotiating and closing sales.
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to cross sell additional products.
Submitting all job and contract documentation on a timely basis.
Attending weekly sales/training meetings.
Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
