Circle of Life Home Care/HealthStar Home Health is currently hiring a part-time receptionist to join our growing Gallup, NM office.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting the public via phone or in-person. Other responsibilities include:
Processing in-going and out-going mail, maintain and use general office equipment, and ensure adequate supplies and materials are on hand
Input data into electronic systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate projects as assigned, such as annual physician statement of needs
File documents in a timely and accurate manner
Experience in homecare or the medical industry is a plus. You must be able to speak fluent Navajo.
Hours are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday (30hrs/week). No weekend or on-call shifts. We offer competitive compensation!
