Retail Sales Manager Job Opening in Dover, Delaware - Just Cabinets Furniture & More is looking for a highly motivated, "do what it takes" retail management professional to become part of our organization as a *Sales Manager.

As the key leadership in our stores, our Managers are self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, results-oriented men and women with a passion for DRIVING SALES by leading and coaching their teams. Our Sales Managers are business-minded professionals responsible for assisting in the management of the daily operations of the store and achieving monthly sales and gross profit goals.
POSITION REQUIRMENTS include but are not limited to:
1 - 2 years previous retail management experience in a Retail /Sales environment
Hands on management style with a proven ability to lead and mentor a sales team to increase sales and profitability
Home Furnishings and/or Kitchen / Bath experience preferred
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends & some holidays
