Registered Nurses/ Licensed Practical Nurses Job Opening in Dyer, Indiana - Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Dyer, Indiana currently has openings for experienced RN's/ LPN's for full time Day shift and Evening shift staff positions.
We are currently offering a sign on bonus for Full Time Evening shift positions.
These positions require the following:
*RN's/ LPN's with current Indiana nursing licenses in good standing
*Recent experience as a nurse in a skilled healthcare facility
*Excellent assessment, clinical and supervisory skills
*Should be familiar with the med pass and documentation requirements in skilled care and be
accustomed to work with EMR records
*Must be able to work in collaboration with the nursing team
*Should be able to work full time hours including some weekends and Holidays
*Solid work history
