Clinical Operations Manager Job Opening in Westwood, Massachusetts - Westwood-Mansfield Pediatrics is an established practice that has been serving children and adolescents for over fifty years. The practice operates in three locations, Westwood, Mansfield and Easton Massachusetts. All sites are about 30 minutes outside of the Boston area.
The practice is Physician owned and employs 18 clinicians including pediatricians, nurse practitioners and behavioral health therapists. The practice is affiliated with Boston Children?s Hospital, operates under a Medical Home Model and its key mission is to educate and empower families.

Qualifications:
Must love kids!
Massachusetts licensed RN with Bachelor degree or willingness to obtain within three years. Must have significant nursing experience, ideally in pediatrics or family medicine. Ability to multi-task is flexible and works with the needs of patients and families, providers and staff. Must have a current BLS Healthcare personnel certification.
Responsibilities:
Personnel
Oversees performance of Charge Nurses and Lab Supervisor
Supports charge nurses in overseeing general performance of nursing staff
Manages Payroll and scheduling for all nursing staff and alignment with provider scheduling needs
Allocates resources as needed and overall responsibility for all aspects appropriately staffing the nursing resources of the practice at all three locations.
Clinical Care and Professional Development
Oversee and implements Orientation and ongoing competence of new staff
Oversees nursing personnel performance management
Assists with the development of care teams and assures efficient work flow patterns
Assist with the creation and execution of practice clinical protocols
Manage patient and staff satisfaction in conjunction with the Director of Patient Services and Executive Director.
Oversees/manages providers schedules templates
Works collaboratively with QI/Safety Manager
Assists with Medical Home Initiatives as it relates to nursing/provider performance
Administrative
Oversee right size medical supply and immunization inventory and pricing, facility issues that impact patient care, attend meetings as needed and is able to see the big picture of a growing pediatric medical home.
