Administrator in Training(AIT) Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Cottonwood Healthcare is currently looking for an Administrator in Training (AIT). The AIT Program is a full-time, six-month plus program in which the AIT obtains practical on-the-job training in a nursing home under the direct and supervision of an experienced Administrator preceptor/mentor.
Through this program, managerial and problem-solving skills are enhanced, plus experience is gained in each job function related to the Administrator position.
You will learn overall facility operations to provide leadership needed to make a building successful clinically and financially. Key areas will include but are not limited to: financial operations, human resources, customer service, clinical operations and census development. The AIT will be expected to uphold policies pertaining to patient care, financial control and public relations. You will work with a collection of Department Heads to ensure the overall success of a building.
Must possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited university(healthcare/finance preferred but not required)
Must be an excellent team player while also being highly self motivated.

Salary $50,000-$70,000 prior to passing national exam. $75,000+ once licensed and placed at a building. PTO, health, dental and vision.
