Manager of Environmental Services Job Opening in Moab, Utah - Moab Regional Hospital is seeking qualified candidates to fill one position for the Manager of Environmental Services. This position directs Environmental Services staff and maintains standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance to ensure a safe and comfortable healing environment for our patients. The right candidate will be an effective and positive leader within the department and throughout the facility. Our ideal candidate is a capable bilingual communicator (English/Spanish) that supports Environmental Services employees and promotes strong interdepartmental relationships. This position is responsible for coordinating and motivating employees to ensure that assignments and tasks are complete in a proper and timely manner. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 40+ hours/week. This is an exempt (salaried) position.

Qualifications
Two years leadership experience, required
Effective bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, including oral, written, and listening
Excellent customer service skills, required
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department (daytime and nighttime shifts, when needed), required
Must be comfortable working as part of a team as well as making independent judgment calls
Must be reliable and emotionally mature
Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
Other duties as assigned.
