Inside Sales Representative - B2B Job Opening in Cincinnati, Ohio - Our company has developed a product that allows immediate situational awareness 24/7/365 nationwide to assist companies to manage on-the-job accidents instantly and efficiently. We've developed a process to immediately and simultaneously notify the "decision tree" and "need to know" personnel (i.e. managers, medical facilities, post-accident drug testing sites, employer-friendly medical facilities, etc.). When an accident happens, Urgent Care is notified and sent a copy of the protocol agreement, post-accident triage is performed via tele-medicine, a post-accident drug test scheduled, an Electronic Chain of Custody is created, and much more. Our product does not change the company's protocol, it only automates it. We're rolling this out nationally to large construction companies, manufacturers, and several other industries nationwide.
We need a salesperson who thrives on finding and closing new business, is totally comfortable on the phone, has an "I will be successful" attitude and is self-driven and self-motivated. We're looking for a sales professional who strives to become a better version of themselves every day. The position consists of 90% inside sales, 10% outside sales with some networking. 80% calls to "warm leads", 20% cold calling.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Be comfortable making outbound calls and having conversations.
Be comfortable closing business on the phone.
Have experience selling into large accounts and selling "big-ticket" items.
Have experience selling solutions to problems instead of features and benefits.
Safety Industry sales experience is a huge plus
Experience selling solutions that can't be seen, felt, or touched (e.g. software, training, etc.) also a huge plus.
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
Proven expertise in anticipating needs and recommending proactive, preventive solutions
Willingness to work within a dynamic team environment dedicated to continuous improvement
Professional presentation, communication and writing skills; ability to respond appropriately to RFPs and develop proposals
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Fluent in Microsoft Office software ? Office, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience using a CRM
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working Hours/Environment
Office hours are 40 per week; may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs
Work typical performed in an indoor office setting and requires business attire
Tools and Equipment Used
Personal computer, copier, fax/scanner, phone, and other typical office equipment
Travel
Limited primarily to local travel only
Physical & Mental Demands
Ability to utilize routine transportation to reach clients ? car, airplane, etc.
Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.
Ability to speak to and hear employees/clients via phone or in person
Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move around the office environment and travel
Ability to analyze unique situations and develop appropriate response
