We are currently seeking an Software Test Engineer for our location in Boston, MA. The Software Test Engineer will be a part of the QA department of a global retail bank working on internal full stack development projects, test automation, and testing.
Responsibilities:
Create dashboards utilizing a web application stack
Add endpoints to an API server
Remove single points of failure in the full stack
Perform database administration
Maintain a CICD pipeline
Improve the test automation framework
Automate manual tasks and tests
Attend meetings as a technical resource
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree required
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably Python or Java
Familiarity with at least one full stack, preferably a Python or Javascript stack
Exceptional communication abilities, time management, organization, and attention to detail
Strong desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and technologies
Preferred
Familiarity with AWS EC2 as choice of IaaS
CS degree preferred
1 year of professional work experience as a software engineer preferred
