Sales Assistant:
You must work well independently, as well as in a team environment, the ability to multi- task and strong attention to detail is essential. This position will work with various agencies and departments. This is a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with customers via phone and email.
Responsibilities include coordinating paperwork for processing, this requires entering information into several industry specific systems. You must be well organized and be able to change gears quickly at times. Coordination with dispatch, movers, sales staff, vendors, customer service and billing representatives, agents and customers on a regular basis.
Computer Testing may be part of the screening process. You must pass background and pre employment drug screening .
Hours are 8-5 M-F with an hour lunch
Pay $15-$17/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
