Position Summary: Responsible for tasks related to meeting census goals and all services involving move-in and move-out of residents. Ensures the smooth transition of all residents and families to their new environment. Conducts the initial meeting and serves as the community representative to potential families and residents. Responsible for all outreach activities designed to generate potential new residents.
Qualifications: Experience working with Older Adults in a sales/marketing capacity
Knowledge of health care needs of individuals with dementia/memory impairment
Inside and outside sales experience in senior living preferred
Exceptional communication and listening skills
Public Speaking Experience
Flexibility, self motivated
Computer knowledge, Microsoft, word, excel, access, spreadsheets
Knowledge of Older Adult Programs, Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance and HUD equal opportunity requirements.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain open and effective communication with residents and families; good interview techniques.
Generate leads through contacts within local communities.
Conduct prompt follow up of leads.
Conduct tours of the community.
Develop and maintain computer database or card file on all leads. Document all contacts with prospects, their families and/or advisors.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources.
Conduct tours with all prospective residents and their families.
Coordinate details related to move-ins and move-outs, maintain tenant register, placement in community and notification to all departments of status.
Assist with arranging services and support to meet resident?s needs.
Refer residents to community-based services as necessary.
Maintain occupancy.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed by Executive Director.
Assume on call responsibilities on a rotational basis, to ensure after hours response to resident emergencies and physical plant problems.
Promote Heritage Point of Oklahoma City through community presentations, professional contacts and positive interactions with families.
Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with coworkers, resident?s families and visitors.
