As a Sales Consultant for Bob Hurley Ford you will be responsible for developing, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be expected to maintain a wealth of knowledge on all Ford Products, as well as competitive makes, to help our customers make an informed decision. You will be trained both by the manufacture, and on the job in exciting fast-paced environment.
Our team is comprised of dozens of professionals with many years of experience. Our business is growing so fast that we made a decision to increase our staff so that we can meet the needs of our customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs, and discuss vehicle options.
Sales Representatives commit to becoming an automotive expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles.
Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Pre-owned vehicles.
Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemails.
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- The ideal canidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing world class customer service and having previous sales experience is a plus.- Prior experience working with customers and providing Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career- Outgoing personality with expertise at (ie apeopleperson).
- Basic computer, email and internet proficiency- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills- Must be willing to submit to a check, DMV screen, and drug screen
