Medical Marketing and Sales Representative Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - At Longevity, we have a two beautiful and busy practices in SW OKC. We work hard, have a low drama philosophy and believe in importance of quality of work and life balance.
This position is a new for our company and directly related to growth. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can help increase sales across two distinct medical entities.
This strategy will include but is not limited to:
working with digital adverting companies and staff to create engaging internet platforms to organically boost search engine optimization and social media posts.
creation of sales and marking processes for our medical providers (closing deals, creation of treatment plans, ethical upselling of products/services) while serving as a mentor to junior staff members.
serving as primary point of entry and coordination for non-surgical spine and joint candidates to include: Answering incoming calls, answering questions about treatments, booking consultations, meeting with patients to review financial options and educating and influencing them to choose Longevity's non-surgical procedures.
The Sales Representative will have the opportunity work closely with the providers, administrative and clinical teams as we provide state of the art procedures and technologies to our patients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for inbound sales calls from internet marketing campaigns
Serve as sales mentor for existing staff who have ancillary interactions with clients
Assist with digital sales and marketing strategy
Effectively connect to patients and book consultations
Effectively explain and answer questions related to treatments during consultations
Efficiently able to assess, define and explain all financial options connected to various insurance plans, cash payment and financing options as it relates to each procedure
Schedule and coordinate procedural patient appointments
Receives inbound calls for new leads and makes outbound calls as a follow-up
Receives inbound chats and calls for new leads and makes outbound calls as a follow-up
Other duties as assigned.
Be primary contact with joint and spine procedural customers
Maintain a positive attitude with clients, patients and team mates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, sales focused environment while being exceptionally organized
Must be able to multi-task, and have superior interpersonal and communication skills
3 years previous direct sales experience. Preferably in a medical sales capacity.
