Our agency is tasked with the delicate job of communicating and negotiating with individuals who have been injured and ill and sought medical treatment, only to discover they couldn?t pay for the services.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent verbal and negotiation skills to join our organization. We need intelligent , self-motivated performers with a talent for communication to assist our team in resolving these consumer financial issues. Successful candidates are those that can remain persistent yet compassionate , firm but cooperative , and determined yet helpful , in all communications.
Our representative?s successful negotiations not only economically assist the hospitals and doctors that provide healthcare service to our communities, but they support the efforts of well-meaning patients to resolve their outstanding balances in a manner which matches their financial capabilities.
KCI focuses on professionalism and seeks longevity for its collection team members. We have a newly remodeled office and conference room, new computers and monitors, and cable television and X-Box for our employees at lunch. Requirements
Professional customer service or collection experience 1 year
Knowledge of FDCPA and/or HIPAA
Energetic, Self-Motivated, excellent communication skills
