CLO is currently looking for full-time DAY and NIGHT Remote Coaches (RC).
The primary role of the RC is to assure the safety and supervision of the individuals CLO serves by monitoring cameras that are placed in their living quarters. The RC supports the safety and supervision needs by remotely coaching night staff when possible and dispatching additional help when necessary. The RC makes frequent contact with home staff and sometimes converses with individuals we serve. This position must remain awake, alert and make sound judgments to ensure the safety of our dependent populations.

Applicants are required to be technologically savvy and experience with a dependent population is preferred.
