Scheduling Specialist Job Opening in Leawood, Kansas - SCHEDULING SPECIALIST
Sabates Eye Centers is seeking an experienced, customer service oriented professionals to provide scheduling support in our Call Center. This position will work on our main line to take demographics, setup patient accounts and schedule appointments. You must have a proven track record of scheduling with a great attention to detail. Good organizational skills, computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are requirements of this individual as well. This is a high-volume call center environment but is not a "scripted" call center position.
In addition to our handling our daily volume of incoming calls, this position will utilize your previous scheduling/call center experience to be the ideal team player to help out where needed . Previous healthcare experience and a strong understanding of insurance is a must.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
This full-time position is located at our Leawood office.
