Accounts Receivables and Billing Specialist Job Opening in Park City, Utah - Advice Media is a leading provider of online marketing services and website development. We are looking for an entry-level Accounts Receivables and Billing Specialist to help with our collections process as well as perform basic accounting functions.
In this position you will:
Process and post customer payments
Assist in billing all new sales
Make following up on past due payments a positive experience with our clients
Maintain customer files
Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, disputes, credits, outstanding balances
Work directly with employees and external customers to resolve billing and payment issues
Assist with month-end closing
Analyze monthly invoices/monthly metrics
You will report directly to the head of the accounting department
For this position you need:
Associates Degree in business or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent phone skills
Must be proficient in MS office: Word and Excel
Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
Must be highly motivated and ambitious
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
