Chief Ancillary Officer Job Opening in Rochelle, Illinois - The Chief Ancillary Officer (CAO) is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the ancillary activities of the hospital, especially those performed by the departments of laboratory, radiology, physical therapy, cardiac rehab, respiratory therapy and the fitness center. The CAO is designated as the Infection Control Officer and Safety Officer for the organization. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other Administrative Staff members in assuring that policies and directives are implemented and maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required, Masters preferred.
Experience:
Four years experience with direct involvement or oversight of an ancillary service line.

Certification or Licensure in Ancillary service line a plus.
