Facility/Contract Administrator Job Opening in Burlington, Vermont - Bixler?s, DBA Perrywinkle?s Fine Jewelry, has an opening for a Facility/Contract Administrator. As a member of the finance team you would support three start-up North American jewelry brands including a luxury diamond brand, and two fine jewelry fashion brands. In addition, provides support for the company?s legacy business including 20 franchised jewelry stores and four fine jewelry stores in the USA and Canada, along with multiple wholesale accounts that carry our brands. This position is based in our Home Office in Burlington, VT and is full time.
Main Responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage all facility leases of retail stores and corporate locations
Act as main project lead on all renovations and fit-ups, working closely with in-house facility department and external contractors
Manage the company/tenant relationships
Oversees annual business insurance renewals
Manage corporate fleet
Will have accounting responsibilities to include G/L input and account reconciliations
The optimal candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, and communicate at all levels of the business in a direct and professional manner. This position reports to the Director of Finance, however there is daily interactions with the President/CEO of the company on all property management projects.
5-10 years of property/facility administration experience desired
Must have general experience.
