Qualifications
B.A. /B.S. in Accounting or Finance required.
3-7+ years of experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of public accounting experience preferred
CPA preferred
Strong financial reporting and accounting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities
Preparation and review of journal entries and associated documents as part of the corporate monthly financial close.
Monitors and reconciles inter-company transactions and related activities.
Prepares and reviews balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Works with commercial sales team in order to understand all transactions and events each period.
Participates in customer invoicing process as necessary in order to ensures that key details remitted to customers in a timely manner.
Tracks and monitors key receivable and payable balances.
Reviews and reconciles all transactions with foreign exchange impacts.
Compiles monthly financial reporting and analysis as it relates to company performance and results.
Communicates results and details of critical activity to financial planning and analysis team and commercial sales team.
