Inside Sales Associate Job Opening in Princeton, New jersey - SUMMARY
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving our sales and revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable making cold calls and generating leads, as well as following up with established customers. Well-qualified candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve assigned quotas
Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest
Maintain and expand database of prospects
Collaborate with field sales to build funnel and close deals
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Prospects, qualifies and generates sales the company?s established guidelines
Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales funnel
Promote our entire portfolio of products
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma minimum
Preferred 2 years College Degree
2 years of Inside Sales experience
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience working with CRM software
Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate)
