Prior sales experience is not required, we will provide training.
Fluent in English. Bilingual in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
Valid Driver License
Job functions include but not limited to:
Regularly interact with customers to provide information about product availability, quality, and prices by visiting or calling during the day or evening.
Seek new customers and train and provide customers TWF?s strong points (Food safety / HACCP, etc.) and how to do business with TWF.
Regularly interact with purchasing, delivery production and customer service personnel in order to exchange information about customer?s needs, product pricing, and availability etc.
Monitor customer payments and ensures customer?s payment and credit are in good standing. Visit customers for collection as needed.
Find the reasons of customer returning products and communicate with proper department to provide better service for the future.
Perform other duties as assigned.
