Are you an analytical problem solver and like to develop relationships? We want people with stamina who will help us make our footprint in the insurance benefits market with our outstanding software. As EverythingBenefits Inside Sales Representative , you?ll be on the front lines driving growth and expanding those relationships that will be the foundation of our success moving forward!
Here?s what you should be excited to do on a daily basis:
In this role, you will expand/develop relationships, work with our partners and ecosystem to understand their needs, and formulate solutions using the outstanding software
On-board resellers and customers on our technology and processes
Stay on top of the technology developments of our ever-evolving suite of benefits management solutions to successfully demo products, explain product features, and solicit orders
Act as the go-to-expert to pro-actively work with our client ecosystem to understand and address their needs
Leverage , SalesLoft, and Hubspot as the core tools in your toolbox
Must be smart and hungry to grow and sharpen your salesmanship in a growing tech company
Requirements:
Stellar communication skills - both oral and written - with strong attention to detail and listening skills
Takes ownership and proactively addresses new challenges and opportunities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to learn and take direction ? this will be critical to your success
Must be able to come to work every day with a positive, can-do attitude
Great Analytical, creative problem solver skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Experience:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
0-3 years of experience in sales
Insurance/benefits or SaaS industry experience a plus
Sales experience utilizing remote-based product ?demo?s? is preferred
Proven track record of success in full life-cycle sales, including achievement of goal/quota
Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize, multi-task/manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to perform under pressure
Experience in inside sales is a plus
