Executive Assistant Job Opening in North Plains, Oregon - Executive assistant needed for a busy construction company. Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with owner and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Part time position, working from the home office of construction company in North Plains (one day a week), and from home other days.
Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to the following
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Completes given projects on time and proficiently
Works with accountant, delivers and picks up documents; following up on results.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Calendar etc) and the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Presentation Skills
Travel Logistics
Good Verbal Communication
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Starting wage $15 per hour with aggressive raises with performance reviews.
Interview will be held in Beaverton Oregon
