Desired Skills:
- Responsible for ensuring store and staff is managed effectively.
- Motivate staff to maintain appropriate knowledge on meals and daily tasks.
- Provide necessary resources for staff to successfully understand what is expected of each team member.
-Manage staff shift schedules.
-Collaborate with distribution team to efficiently forecast meals for daily orders and oversee all deliveries are correct.
-Ensure cash drawers match POS system accurately at the end of each day.
-Submit payroll for each staff member to accounting team.
Work Experience:
- 1 year minimum management experience preferred
- Fitness or Nutrition background a PLUS
