In the Human Resource role you will plan, direct, implement, and oversee Human Resource policies, procedures and activities such as employment, recruitment, compensation, benefits, orientation, and employee relations. Maintain expertise in compliance; respond to various federal, state and local agencies with regard to employee/personnel matters. Assist in developing, promoting, and executing employee recognition programs. Provide general clerical support and oversight.
Desired candidate will have a minimum of two years? experience in the Human Resources field; or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of the position.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal and state labor laws with an emphasis on Oregon.
Ability to consult with employees and managers regarding personnel matters.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer experience and capability.
Exceptional Organizational ability.
Accounting experience.
