Bookkeeper Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper to fill a full-time position in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting with previous accounting experience as well as QuickBooks, Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) skills.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper
Keep accurate records of financial transactions
Data entry of accounts, invoices, billing etc.
Maintain general office documentation and accounts
Enter payroll on a weekly basis
Assist with general office duties
Perform other bookkeeping duties as assigned
Requirements of the Bookkeeper
QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED
Associate?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) skills
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
Ability to keep information confidential
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent computer and data entry skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary commensurate with experience
