REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma or GED diploma
Valid Driver?s License
Minimum 1 year Clerical Accounting / HR / Administrative Support experience preferred
Reliable, ethical, responsible, honest, trustworthy
Demonstrate the ability to interact with clients and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents as well as converse comfortably with clients
Excellent spelling and grammar
Ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Flexible and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs or priorities
Knowledge and proficiency in PC business office software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, E-mail, Internet, etc.)
Ability to enter figures quickly and accurately on both desktop calculators and computers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Weekends and Holidays included

Full-Time position available for Accounting/HR Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Accounting Duties :
Compiling and sorting cash, calculating and verifying amounts, posting transactions to accounts, preparing deposits
Work with corporate office to resolve transaction / deposit discrepancies
Control assigned company funds (depository and petty cash accounts) and communicate all questionable transactions and/or documentation to the Department Manager & Area General Manager
Accurate reporting and documentation (daily, weekly, monthly)
Tracking of employee hours (timesheets)
Maintaining cash registers and credit card terminals (weekly reporting)
Maintaining cash room / bank supplies
Orders, maintains and distributes change according to Branch needs
Collection of vending machines on a weekly basis
Assisting with Vendor collections
Processing catering payments
Assisting corporate office with Unit audits
Receiving, processing and reporting of invoices for all locations (weekly)
Reconciling discrepancies, handling Vendor and Corporate inquiries
Maintaining Vendor files
HR Duties (assisting Department Manager):
Recruitment - Job posting and processing of new employees
Assisting with employment actions
Employee benefits processing and administration
Processing and administration of workplace injuries
Maintaining personnel and other confidential files
Administrative Assistant Duties (assisting Department Manager and Area General Manager):
Assisting with meeting arrangements and scheduling
Composing and preparing correspondence
Manage and execute a variety of special projects
Preparation and maintaining of confidential files including all business-related correspondence and reports / records
Assisting with other tasks as required or assigned
General Office Duties :
Filing
Maintaining and operating various office equipment
Overseeing office supplies
Light cleaning
Provide support services for Management Team
Manage bulletin boards
Answering the general line
